Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Decorated orders require 10-15 business days for processing. All orders are shipped from Belfast, Maine 04915. We offer US Priority Mail and all UPS shipping options. Domestic retail orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt and prior to decorating. Claims for defective merchandise and/or shortages must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Decorated orders may not be exchanged or returned.

Easy Returns

Returns are welcome within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in original, unused condition for a refund of the purchase price.

1. Option 1: Use the included UPS label and drop off your package at a UPS location (domestic orders only). A charge of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund. Enclose a copy of your packing slip in the package.
2. Option 2: Select the carrier of your choice and return products to the address below.

We will credit the card originally used within 10 business days of receiving your return. Your credit card company may require up to 5-7 business days to post the credit. An email is sent as soon as the credit is issued. A 15% restocking fee is incurred on wholesale account orders that are returned or cancelled.
